Downtown Improvement Grant 

Main Street McMinnville is committed to promoting the aesthetic enhancement and beautification of downtown McMinnville. The Downtown Improvement Grant (DIG) Program is a grant program designed to offer financial assistance to property owners and/or commercial tenants who seek to make exterior improvements to their building facades.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS *The Downtown Improvement Grant is available to property owners and/or commercial tenants located within the City of McMinnville's Downtown District.


INCENTIVES • DIG grants are made available by reimbursement only. No funds will be distributed prior to a fully executed grant approval, grant project contract, approved project completion and all receipts and documentation of the approved project are submitted by the business/property owner and verified by the Design Committee of Main Street McMinnville. Grant awards maximum reimbursement of up to 75% of project cost. All approved projects will require a 25% (or more) match by the business/property owner.


TIMELINE

Applications available: January 29, 2024

Application Deadline: March 15, 2024 by 4PM (if mailing must be postmarked by March 12th)

Award Announcement: No later than May 10, 2024

Approved Grant Construction Completion Requirement: December 1, 2025
