Would you like to sponsor one of Main Street McMinnville’s events throughout the year? There are several opportunities to participate on many different levels. Our events include:

Main Street LIVE! Summer Concert Series
Main Street LIVE! is a summer concert series that takes place every Friday evening in June and July of each year. The event books popular bands in many different musical genres. Some of the concerts are themed with additional activities planned. The average attendance is 1,000 people with our largest attendance being 1,700. Our demographics are primarily made up of ages 25-65years old, married with children. It has become the number one attraction for socializing with friends and family in Warren County. Downtown Pioneer Kick-Off and Tailgate Rally
The Downtown Pioneer Kick-Off and Tailgate Rally is pep and tailgate rally for the Warren County High School Football Team and their supporters. The event happens in August, the Friday before the first football game. The Rally attracts 3,500 students, parents, grandparents, teachers and local supporters and includes live entertainment, food and beverage vendors, a march to victory parade, tailgate rally and pep rally.Thirteen organizations are involved from the high school including boosters and clubs.

Trick Or Treat on Main Street
Trick or Treat on Main Street is an eventthat brings families together downtown for a safe and secure, trick ortreat, costume contest and other activities. The event is always held on Halloween day. Hundreds upon hundreds of children and their parents, grandparents and teachers descend on downtown McMinnville for the event. It is a great PR tool for downtown as it reinforces that downtown is great place for families.
