Organization Committee: The Organization Committee gets everyone involved, working toward the same goal(s). The committee builds consensus among stakeholders by forming coalitions and partnerships, managing volunteers, attracting money to the organization, promoting the program and its goals and managing finances and operations. The Organization Committee oversees Main Street LIVE!, the annual Summer Concert Series produced by Main Street McMinnville which is also a fund-raiser for the organization. The committee will also be considering new fundraising events such as Chocolate Decadence in February.
